Account & Data Access: You cannot re-register with the same email, and all account data (e.g., order history, payments, inventory, etc.) will be lost.

Subscription & Auto-Reordering: Cancel active services (e.g., AutoStock) before deleting your account to avoid charges.

Pending Transactions: SupplyMatch will retain data to complete any ongoing transactions.

Credits & Balances: Contact customer support to recover any balances before account deletion.

Payment Plans: Ongoing payment plans must be settled even after account deletion.

VIP Benefits: All loyalty rewards and promotions will be forfeited.

Co-Branded Cards & Balances: Contact customer support to recover co-branded card or InstantPay balances.

Regional Balances: UAE residents must contact support to retrieve balances from co-branded cards or InstantPay.

Rewards & Cashback: Forfeited unless recovered before account deletion.

Data Retention: Data may be retained for completing orders, legal compliance, and audits.

Warranty Claims: Contact customer support to process warranty claims post-deletion.

Legal Retention: SupplyMatch will retain necessary data for legal and regulatory purposes.

Privacy Policy: By agreeing, you accept our Privacy Policy regarding data retention.

Customer Support: Contact support for any queries or to recover balances.

Final Confirmation: Once deleted, data is permanently removed, and reactivation requires a new account.
